Return Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the product is received and approved.

To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@alreadydesign.com.  If your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please review the list of non-returnable items and exceptions to our policy below.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additional return conditions may apply—please refer to the “Refunds” section below for more details.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
If you would like to exchange an item received as a gift, please contact us at concierge@alreadydesign.com. Gift exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as a standard return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

At this time, refunds are not provided for gift items. However, we are happy to exchange gift items that meet the same return criteria. Please see the “Exchanges” section above for more information.
